A 56-year-old man is charged with aggravated drunk driving and sea driving as well as illegal driving. According to the indictment, the man is driving a tractor with the harrow immersed through a small town in southern Östergötland. The harrow was pulled along sidewalks and stuck in gas hoses.
He also lacks a driver's license for a tractor.
That event took place in April this year.
In June, he is then said to have driven a boat with 1.86 per mille alcohol in his blood.
Then he drove on the wrong side of fairway markings, drove on a ground and a jetty as well as a moored boat, to finally run aground.
The man confesses to the crime.
