Accident in Gallsäter - car went into the barn: "Stopped at the corner post"

According to the rescue service, a technical fault occurred in the car, which caused the driver to lose control of his vehicle to some extent.

- The person drove into the gable of a barn building, and had not managed to stop before that.

There was a decent damage to the front of the car, and airbags triggered, says Henrik Cedergren, internal commander at the rescue service.

Did the car go through the whole wall?

- No, it stopped at one of the corner posts on the short side.

An ambulance was called to the scene to look at the driver of the car.

The damage situation is unclear.
