02 August 2021 The prosecutor of Pisa hypothesizes the crime of instigation to suicide in the open file on the death of Francesco Pantaleo, the 23-year-old university student, from Marsala (Trapani), found charred in the countryside of Pisa on 25 July.
Among the technical investigations, in addition to the autopsy, scheduled for tomorrow, specialist investigations on the web and on the electronic devices in the possession of the 23-year-old are also commissioned.
Tomorrow the prosecutor will also entrust a technical consultant with the task of carrying out the forensic copy of the data contained in the laptop (from which Francesco has deleted all the files) and in the smartphone.
