"Haunted by Jinn" and claims "prophecy" and the discovery of "Corona" .. exciting details in the confessions of his girlfriend's killer

Prosecution investigations and case papers revealed exciting information about the murder of a foreign woman by her boyfriend, who drowned her in the bathtub in her apartment, and his fabrication of a suicide scenario, claiming that she was haunted by the jinn.

As the accused stated in the investigations of the Dubai Public Prosecution that his girlfriend suffers from obsessive disease and claims that she was subjected to magic, then she claimed “prophecy” and knowledge of the future, and she suspected that everyone around her was infected with Corona disease.

The accused said in the investigations that she insisted on expelling one of his friends who came to visit them in her apartment, claiming that he had corona disease, pointing out that her condition was abnormal, and he would recite the Qur’an to her, claiming that he had addressed the jinn who lived in her, and that she went to the window, so he grabbed her and fixed her on ground.

He added that he later went to take a shower, so I asked him to do that in turn, so he left her in the bathtub, and when he came back she was in a prostration position, her hand moved with strange signs, so he tried to pull her, but his left hand became stiff for no apparent reason, so he resorted to dragging her by her hair, but she was looking at him and saying Strange words, and she put her head in the water, which gradually rose, then noticed that her breathing was cut off, then she started to cough, so he gave her first aid by pressing her chest and making artificial respiration for her, and he called the ambulance and asked them for help by phone on how to save her, so they tried to guide him and when they arrived, they told him by her death.

Regarding the apparent injuries to her stomach, the accused stated that they were caused by a previous traffic accident, and the other injuries to her hand as a result of his attempt to stabilize and rescue her, while attributing the injuries to her face to her beating herself, claiming that she had committed suicide.

In addition, the forensic reports refuted the allegations of the accused completely, and proved that the victim died several hours before the accused called the police and the ambulance, confirming that the death occurred in a criminal manner by drowning her in the swimming pool of her bathroom.

The Dubai Court of Appeals ruled for life imprisonment and deportation against the accused who fabricated a scenario to depict the crime as suicide.

The Public Prosecution’s investigations into the incident revealed that a long relationship developed between the accused and the victim, and he was very jealous of her and chasing her, in addition to the fact that he had multiple women’s relationships, which caused frequent disagreements between them, and her attempt to separate from him, but he was holding on to her and chasing her.

She stated that the accused had rumored, in the period prior to committing the crime, on March 26 last year, that she was haunted by the jinn, who was the only one capable of treating her, and asked her friends to convince her of this, and when he found no benefit in that, he resolved to kill her and quietly planned for that.

On the day of the crime, he took drugs, then assaulted her severely, causing her several injuries to her face, neck, and various areas of her body. Therefore, believing that this situation would entrench her suicide scenario, he called for an ambulance.

The victim's resistance to the accused resulted in injuries to his forearms and fingers, and he was presented to a specialized psychiatry committee at Rashid Hospital, and it was confirmed that he did not suffer from any mental or psychological diseases that affect his will or awareness on the date of the incident.

The victim’s neighbor in the prosecution said that she heard a quarrel between the victim and the accused, about two weeks before the crime. , while the woman was begging him not to kill her, and repeated the sound of the crash, and phrases with religious connotations, so she called the police and then spoke to the security guard.

When she returned to her apartment, she heard a crash, and the victim was telling the accused, “You hurt me.” She returned again to the security guard, who accompanied her and asked her to stay in her apartment until the matter was investigated, and the victim was telling the accused that the police would attend.

For his part, a witness from Dubai Police said that a report was received about the incident, so he moved there and found the accused and asked him what happened, and he decided that the victim committed suicide, and expressed his discomfort with the police and ambulance procedures, and he was asking paramedics to perform artificial respiration for her, but they informed him that she had died He lived for hours, and he seemed to be in an abnormal state, as if he was under the influence of drugs.

The accused appealed before the Court of Appeal against the ruling of the Court of First Instance, but the court did not accept his pleas. It also rejected the Public Prosecution's demand for a counter-appeal to apply an aggravating premeditated circumstance, and sentenced to life imprisonment and deportation.
