She explained that the defendants (the first and second) entered the victim's websites without his permission, and obtained the secret number of his phone.

The case papers stated, according to the statements of one of the witnesses, that the defendants lured the victim to a mountainous area and beat him, which led to him being injured and stole his property. the safety of the victim's body.

The second defendant in the case said that the first defendant called him and asked him to come to a mountainous area, because he wanted to solve an issue with a person, so he went to him for help, stressing that the first defendant assaulted the safety of the victim, and took four mobile phones from him.

The defense lawyer for the accused, Hanan Al-Bayed, said that it is established in the papers that the victim is preoccupied with his responsibility to the first accused with an amount of 100,000 dirhams, and the victim contacted the first accused, and he attended by taxi, and the first accused paid the delivery fare.

She added that the papers categorically deny any kind of kidnapping, and there is no evidence to confirm the authenticity of the incident.

She explained that the statements of the victim about the theft of his phones and 25 thousand dirhams were contradictory, as the first accused paid the delivery fare, and therefore, the victim did not have the money to be stolen.

She demanded the acquittal of the accused, based on the non-conformity of the record and description in the referral order with the incident, the absence of the elements of the crime, the contradiction of the victim's statements to each other with the technical evidence, the maliciousness of the accusations attributed to her clients, and the lack of evidence of the crimes referred to the accused.

She stated that all the accused decided that the victim and the first accused had an old friendship relationship, and they had mutual family visits, and that the victim had borrowed 100,000 dirhams from the first accused, and refused to pay it.

She pointed out that the victim was the one who assaulted and beat the first accused, had it not been for the intervention of the rest of the accused.
