Many French people living abroad attest: the
health pass
rhymes with galley.
When they are vaccinated abroad and return to France, they fail to obtain the precious QR code of the health pass.
There is an administrative vacuum, and therefore they cannot go to places of culture and recreation.
With the extension of the health pass scheduled for August 9, it became urgent to act.
The
Secretary of State for Tourism has
therefore announced that requests to receive a QR code can be submitted online from next week.
You will need to bring proof of your vaccination.
The special case of unauthorized vaccines
In the meantime, these French people living abroad will have to be tested to enter a place requiring the health pass.
On the other hand, those who have been vaccinated but with doses not approved by the European Union, such as Russian or Chinese vaccines, will still have to wait.
A reflection is underway to know if they could also receive a recognized vaccine in order to regularize their specific situation Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne.
