Formation of the Boards of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center and the "Treasurers of the Mohammed bin Rashid Charity"

​His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, issued Resolution No. (26) for the year 2021, forming the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, and Resolution No. (27) for the year 2021, forming the Board of Directors Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works.

and Resolution No. (26) of 2021 stipulated the formation of the center’s board of directors headed by Hamad Obaid Al Mansouri, with the membership of: Youssef Hamad Ahmed Al Shaibani, Vice President, and Mohammed Abdullah Al Zafeen, Hamid Ali Al Mohsen, and Mansour Juma’a Bu Asib.

The resolution also stipulated the cancellation of Resolution No. (18) of 2018 forming the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center, and Resolution No. (16) of 2021 regarding the appointment and replacement of a member of the Board of Directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center.

Resolution No. (26) of 2021 shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Resolution No. (27) of 2021 stipulated the formation of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation, headed by Mohammed Juma Al Naboodah, with the membership of: Ibrahim Mohammed Bumelha, as Vice President Gargash, Khalid Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Muhammad Abdullah Al Tawhidi, and Abdul Rahim Hussain Ahli.

Resolution No. (27) of 2021 shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
