- Bags with stone in them usually mean kittens or some other animal.

Can give two years in prison
According to the Animal Welfare Act, anyone who causes unnecessary suffering to kittens when they are killed can be punished with a fine or imprisonment for up to two years.
- If you come across someone drowning their kittens, you should immediately make a police report of animal cruelty, says Wilhelmina Ehrenkrona, animal welfare officer at the county administrative board in Kronoberg, to the newspaper.
