Al Tayer: 2.6 billion dirhams of “Dubai Roads” revenues generated through digital channels in 2020

The number of registered users in the digital channels reached two million and 162 thousand users, while the number of downloads of smart applications reached six million and 136 thousand downloads, stressing that the digital adoption rate of the Roads and Transport Authority exceeded the 91% barrier, and the customer happiness index reached 96.2%, and the digital transformation contributed The authority may reduce the number of completed transactions in customer happiness centers by 64.5% in 2020 compared to 2019.

He added: The RTA has recently developed Nol digital services, which included the development of the balance redemption service and the launch of the NOL pay app, the first virtual card for payment in public transportation, in cooperation with Huawei. It also launched the integrated card (Emaar and Nol). Which offers Emaar discounts to its holders, up to 40%, and the authority is the first government entity to apply the latest technologies from (Apple) to pay parking tariffs.
