in many Italian cities: 6 are marked for today with

the red dot

according to the bulletin of the Ministry of Health that monitors 27 urban centers.



Also tomorrow, Saturday 31 August, the same six cities will have the red sticker (they are Campobasso, Frosinone, Palermo, Perugia, Pescara, Trieste). The 'hot' cities, on the other hand, rise to 8 for Sunday 1 August: in fact, Bari and Catania are added to the list. Today and tomorrow 7 cities are

orange

 (Bari, Bologna, Catania, Florence, Rieti, Rome, Viterbo). One city, Ancona, will have an

orange sticker on

Sunday.

On Saturday in Italy, the meteorological service of the Air Force foresees ample sunshine in the North over Emilia-Romagna with increasing cloudiness from late evening / late day; local precipitation during the night in the northern sector of the Po valley and rapidly improving; very cloudy in Piedmont and the remaining alpine and pre-alpine areas, with thunderstorms scattered from mid-day / afternoon over central-northern Piedmont and remaining alpine / pre-alpine areas, with phenomena also intense and in the evening extension also to southern Piedmont and the plains of Lombardy, Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia; variable on the remaining areas with greater densities on Liguria where during the central hours and in the evening some brief showers are not excluded. Center and Sardinia: initially clear sky,with mostly medium-high clouds rising from the afternoon over Sardinia and from late evening / end of the day over the peninsular sector. South and Sicily: generally clear skies.
