In Värmland, 35 people have been fined and in Dalarna, about 50 have had to pay for playing too loud and disturbing music.

Anders Modén is the municipal police in Mora and he believes that the signal value is stronger now than before, because the police can impose a fine of SEK 1,000 directly on the spot.

- Previously, we had to go the investigative route and then it can take six months before the case ends up in a district court.

Now it takes a minute, he says.

"You do not know what is too high"

What is too high a volume is up to each individual police officer to decide, something that can create a certain amount of uncertainty for the person playing the music.

- Since there is no special decibel that they have said is too high, it is a matter of taste.

It makes one a little insecure, one does not know what is too high, says Marina Springer, 17 years.

Marina Springer prefers to play Norwegian music with a lot of bass in her EPA tractor.

- The higher we play, the more bass it is, and that feeling is indescribable, she says.
