At the beginning of last summer, Halmstadsbon helped a relative from Jönköping County to prostitute a woman.
It is about a few weeks around the turn of the month June / July 2020 when the two men drove around the woman to different hotels and hostels in Halmstad, Gothenburg, Jönköping and northwestern Skåne so that she would receive sex buyers there.
They also created ads that were published on a sex buying site.
On July 6, the woman entered the police station in Halmstad to tell what happened and the same day the two men were arrested.
Arrested first this spring
The relative has previously been sentenced to two and a half years in prison for his actions. Halmstadsbon was first arrested this spring and sentenced in Halmstad District Court to two years in prison for aggravated procuring and aggravated unlawful threats, which the Court of Appeal now determines after the appeal. The two men must also pay damages to the woman.
