Deputy Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Yuri Afonin said that the party appealed in the Supreme Court against the exclusion of Pavel Grudinin by the Central Election Commission of Russia from the federal list of the political force for elections to the State Duma.
He told TASS about this.
“We have just filed a lawsuit with the Supreme Court,” Afonin said.
Earlier, the CEC registered the federal list of candidates of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for participation in the upcoming elections of the State Duma deputies, excluding Pavel Grudinin from it.
In turn, Grudinin announced his readiness to appeal the decision in court.
