238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (improper provision of services and performance of work that, through negligence, caused serious harm to human health).
According to the Investigative Committee, in the spring of 2021, in one of the apartments in a house on Molodezhnaya Street in Barnaul, employees of Aleiskmezhraigaz LLC performed maintenance and repair work on a gas stove.
It is noted that on the morning of July 28, due to the leakage of household gas from the gas-using equipment, there was a cotton of the gas-air mixture, as a result of which the 69-year-old woman received severe burns to her body.
Investigators find out who exactly performed the work on the maintenance of gas equipment.
