This is the first 13 months since the communication line between South Korea and North Korea was cut off by North Korea on June 9 last year due to deterioration in relations. line.

At present, the South Korean side uses the Seoul branch of the ROK-DPRK Joint Office located in the office building of the Ministry of Unification to make calls. The specific location of the North Korean side is not clear.
