Her daughter had got a hook in her eye when she and her father and other family members were out on Lake Vänern on trolling.
Ann-Sofie threw herself into the car and drove to the harbor where the boat arrived and accompanied her daughter in the ambulance called there.
- First we went to the Central Hospital in Karlstad, but then there was further transport to the university hospital in Örebro for surgery, says Ann-Sofie Nordquist.
Now the family wants to warn others that the slightly unlikely can actually happen.
