Sputnik Armenia reports this with reference to the country's Foreign Ministry.

"The Foreign Ministry confirmed the agreement on a ceasefire from 10:00 local time, saying that the ceasefire is generally observed," the publication says.

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said earlier that Baku had accepted the initiative of the Russian side to declare a ceasefire on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted last week that Russia is concerned about any escalation of tensions on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
