Earlier, Gruzdev said that the government commission on legislative activities approved a project that would allow bailiffs to seize foreign passports from debtors who are restricted from traveling abroad.

Gruzdev, a member of the commission, said that the seized passports in all cases should be sent to the issuing state authority.

He also added that the draft states that all bodies that have decided to ban travel abroad for a particular citizen must bring this information to the person.
