China News Service, July 26. According to Malaysia’s Sin Chew Daily, Malaysia’s Perak Minister of State for Chinese Affairs, Zhong Shenqing, said that in order to assist Chinese villagers in the state affected by the epidemic, State Secretary Sharanit distributed food boxes to the state. Within 24 congressional districts, each district can get 200 food boxes.

He said that many villagers in new villages, especially daily wage earners, were also trapped during the epidemic. After reporting to Sharani, he obtained the minister's sympathy for the people and agreed to grant funding.

After Zhong Shenqing delivered 200 food boxes to the village chief and local leaders in Bukit Kandang District at the Changji Chaling Auditorium on the 25th, he said that although the supplies are not very abundant, they can also reduce the burden on the affected.

He said that Zhang Jizhe was the first stop of this assistance activity. After the other 23 congressional districts in the state, they will also receive food boxes one after another.

"These materials will be identified and distributed to those in need by the village chief and local leaders."

He also urged villagers to register for vaccinations as soon as possible to cut off the chain of infection and return to normal life.

He Zhangxing, chairman of the MCA Bukit Gansu Conference, called on people to strictly observe the SOP and not to go out at will when the epidemic situation is getting worse.

He said that although Bukit Gan should belong to the constituency of Umno, through the friendly relations of Barisan Nasional, the minister can also be assisted to reduce the burden on the affected.
