“Anatoly Bykov ... was charged with committing a crime under Part 2 of Art.
198 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Evasion of an individual from paying taxes on an especially large scale"), the press service reports.
It is noted that Bykov did not pay the personal income tax accrued to him in the amount of more than 60 million rubles.
At the moment, the accused denies any involvement in the crime.
Earlier, Bykov was also charged with leading a criminal community and organizing a double murder in 1994.
