25 July 2021 The lawyers of Massimo Adriatici, under house arrest in a secret place for the killing of Younes El Bossettaoui, who died of a gunshot last Tuesday in Voghera, will appeal to the Review Court to obtain the revocation of the house arrest against the Northern League Security Councilor who has suspended himself.

According to the lawyer Gabriele Pipicelli, "there is in no way the danger of repeating the crime" on the basis of which the investigating judge confirmed the house arrest ordered by the prosecutor.

But according to the investigating judge of Pavia, the councilor for security of Voghera who on Tuesday evening killed the Moroccan Youns El Bossettaoui with a pistol shot must remain under house arrest as a "measure that temporarily but strongly limits freedom is needed. of circulation in the hands of a subject who, by his own admission, has declared that he is unable to manage it without very serious risks for the community ".

"The serious disproportion between the action and the aggression suffered - the judge considers - must be assessed by considering the professional qualities of Adriatici" from which "derives a behavioral expectation that is proportionally the opposite of the conduct". This implies "a negative judgment of personality and specific reproach in the management of dangerous situations, not even exceptional, which cannot fail to lead to a radical attenuation of the trust that the community must be able to place in the behavior of each associate and therefore also of the prejudiced, with a view to the due safeguard of superior juridical goods ".

"To this is added - notes the judge - the habit, reported by Adriatici himself, walking around with a pistol in the barrel or in the holster with the shot in the barrel and without safety

which certainly highlights a behavioral habit that is at the basis of the conduct currently being evaluated (it being clear that, if he had removed it at the time of the shot, the title would undoubtedly change from negligent to malicious) ".
