264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles), ”the press service said.
Earlier it was reported that in the Kuban, a tourist bus got into an accident, driving off the road in the Absheron region.
The accident killed at least two, injured 21 people.
According to preliminary data, the cause of the accident was the failure of the braking system.
