Being overweight is often difficult to live with, and too many pounds are a health hazard.

Nevertheless, many find it difficult to lose weight.

Nutritionist Professor Jörg Bojunga gives tips in the podcast and talks about scientific findings on how to properly approach a diet and when you should urgently reduce your weight.
