According to the website, learning a foreign language is one of the best trainings to exercise brain and thinking flexibility. Participants of the "Moscow Longevity" project not only learn popular English, but also French, German, Italian and Chinese.

  According to sources, under the framework of the project, Chinese language teaching and educational practice activities of Chinese culture will be launched in May 2021.

Educational activities consist of lectures on Chinese culture, economy, politics, and social life, and have been held 7 times.

Courses in both directions are conducted online.
