The court in Kiev ordered the RRB to open a case on the possible high treason of Zelensky

It is noted that a group of persons, among whom is the former People's Deputy of Ukraine Andriy Teteruk, submitted an application to the RRB.

But then law enforcement officers refused to start an investigation.

After that, the applicants went to court with a complaint about the inaction of the RRB and a demand to compel the department to start an investigation.

“The judge made a decision to oblige the RRB to act as stipulated by the Ukrainian legislation, and, consequently, our statement on the commission of a criminal offense under Art.

112 register and enter into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, ”he said.

In April, the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine opened a criminal proceeding on treason against the chairman of the political council of the Ukrainian party "Opposition Platform - For Life" Viktor Medvedchuk.

The politician is under house arrest by court order until September 7.
