The police arrested a drunken man on Monday around 11 p.m. in Villeurbanne (Rhône).
The 34-year-old is suspected of having punched his father.
Police said he also threatened his 13-year-old son with a hammer.
It is with this same weapon that the suspect would have degraded the scooter of the teenager.
The two victims filed a complaint for these facts, while the father of the suspect, injured by the punches, was prescribed seven days of ITT.
Judgment to come in immediate appearance
The thirty-something was placed in custody and during his hearing, "he pretended not to remember the facts because of his crisis of violence due to his alcoholism", as reported by the police.
He will be presented to the prosecution on Wednesday for a judgment in immediate appearance for "violence with weapon by destinations on ascendant" and "damage to private property".
