According to the document, marks on the registration of a citizen at the place of residence and his removal from the registration register, as well as on his attitude to military service, are mandatory.
"At the request of the citizen, marks are also made in the passport about registration and divorce ... about children (citizens of the Russian Federation under the age of 14)," the text says.
In addition, information on previously issued passports, on documents proving the identity of a citizen outside the country, on blood type and Rh factor, on taxpayer identification number has become optional.
In May, it was reported that the Cabinet of Ministers would simplify registration at the place of residence and stay from July 2022. It will be possible to issue it remotely - through the website of state services.
