For people who cannot be vaccinated, the government's idea would be to allow them to obtain a health pass, despite their inability to be vaccinated, often for medical reasons, and without having to undergo regular tests.
It is "not planned" to apply for the health pass in higher education, also added Mr. Attal, without specifying the measures that would be in place at the start of the school year in September.
The increase in the incidence rate, "of almost + 100%" over the last seven days, is "extremely worrying, stratospheric", he also insisted on underlining.
"So yes, we must adapt our measures in the face of a much more contagious variant," replied Mr. Attal, questioned on Saturday's demonstrations against the extension of the health pass.
The Council of Ministers adopts the bill on Monday including the new anti-Covid measures, including the extension of the health pass, before a review this week by Parliament, under pressure from the resumption of the epidemic in France.
