It was 15:29, Friday 22 July 2011, when a yellow light began to flash inside Aftonbladet's editorial office - a bomb had exploded in Oslo's government quarter.
Carina Bergfeldt was one of the journalists sent to Norway and Utöya to report on the terrorist attack.
One year later, she won the Grand Journalist Award as Narrator of the Year 2012 for her reporting.
