  It is estimated that from 08:00 on July 18 to 08:00 on July 19, northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, western Hebei, western and northern Beijing, southwestern Shanxi, northwestern and eastern Henan, central and western Anhui, eastern Hubei, northwestern Jiangxi, and Hunan There were heavy to heavy rains in parts of the north, southwest of Guizhou, southeast of Yunnan, western Guangxi, and southern coastal areas of Guangdong. Among them, there were some areas in southwestern Shanxi, northwestern Henan, mountainous areas in western Anhui, southeastern Yunnan, and western Guangxi. Heavy rain (100~190mm).
