The annual Streetweek competition involves motor enthusiasts traveling around Sweden in cars built to drive 200 meters in the shortest possible time.

Five stops in five days and finish in Eskilstuna on Saturday.

The largest event in Sweden of this kind.

- It's great fun to be a part of this.

These are such fantastic people to deal with, says Ronnie Palmsäter.

The requirement is that each crew must fend for themselves and be able to drive between the drag racing tracks for their own machine.

Hoping for even more audiences

Michael Westberg had the lowest average time of all, who also managed to take a place in the coveted four-second club.

Behind the wheel of his Chevrolet, he managed to reach the finish line in five seconds and now the hood is adorned with a sticker as a memory.

- It feels damn good actually, I did not expect it to be as easy as it did this year, he says about the victory, which was the second in a row.

After a hectic week, Ronnie Palmsäter has a few weeks left until the next big event, when the seventh sub-competition of Mälardalen opens will be decided the weekend of 7-8 August.

- Then we hope that we will be able to let in even more audiences.
