A two-wheeler driver overturned an octogenarian couple, Friday evening, around 10:45 p.m., in Garidech, in a town north-west of Toulouse, in Haute-Garonne, report our colleagues from France Bleu Occitanie, this Saturday.
The 81-year-old woman died on the spot.
Her husband of 85 years, seriously injured, was transported in absolute urgency to the hospital of Purpan.
The 17-year-old driver of the two-wheeler was also slightly injured.
An investigation was opened to determine the circumstances of the accident.
