- According to what we could see on film clips, there was no distance that would exist between the places, says Marie-Therése Siggelkow, supervisory officer based on the pandemic legislation at the county administrative board.
The next day, the county administrative board therefore carried out an inspection.
By then, the municipality had rectified the shortcomings, by rearranging among the audience seats - at much larger intervals.

Johanna Berup is the cultural coordinator at Karlskrona municipality.
She believes that the reason for breaking the restrictions is that they had a lack of communication - and misunderstood the rules.
- We were careful to contact the fire authority and ask how the chairs would stand.
But we did not really have a grip on the pandemic law, which is above all other laws, she says.
Shouldn't the municipality have a better idea of the rules that exist?
- We really thought it was according to all the rules of art.
It feels sad that it turned out like this.
