The case was opened under Part 1 of Art.
264 of the Criminal Code ("Violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles").
On July 16, Mazda hit five, four-year-old boys and a nine-month-old baby in a stroller, who were crossing the road along an unregulated pedestrian crossing on Aviatorov Street with two adults.
The children took the main blow, one of them fell into a coma.
All three are hospitalized.
In May, URA.RU reported that as a result of a collision of a car with a truck on the Tyumen-Khanty-Mansiysk highway, a married couple and their two-year-old child were killed.
