15 July 2021 Free approval of the Council of Ministers to the "Urgent measures to protect the workers of companies in crisis". The rule provides exceptionally, for companies with a number of employees of not less than a thousand that manage at least one industrial plant of national strategic interest, the granting of wage integration treatment - pursuant to art. 8, of the decree of 22 March 2021 converted, with amendments, into the law of 21 May 2021 - for a maximum of thirteen weeks usable until 31 December 2021.
Also provided for the exemption of severance pay quotas for companies in bankruptcy proceedings or in extraordinary administration
