Shortly after 1 pm on Thursday, the police in Gothenburg were alerted to Högsbo, where several witnesses called in about a man who had abused two women and a child.
According to the police, the child must be at the age of 10, and must have escaped the beating with abrasions.
The two women were checked by ambulance personnel, and one of them was taken to hospital with an injured hand.
- We got a call about a man in his 45s who abused a woman, and when we arrived at the scene we were able to arrest him quickly.
It turned out then that he also abused another woman and a child, says Anna Göransson, spokesperson for the police.
The man could be arrested with the help of people who followed the man, who informed the police of his whereabouts.
