The minister said that the decision to issue a certificate of medical withdrawal from vaccination is taken by the doctors of the medical organization in which the patient is being observed for the disease that caused the medical withdrawal.

"If it is determined that the patient has temporary contraindications to vaccination, then the certificate is issued for up to 30 days with subsequent consultation with the specialist who issued the certificate," RIA Novosti quotes the head of the Ministry of Health.
