Pursued by France nature environnement (FNE), the Rocher Mistral, inaugurated on June 30, appeared on Tuesday morning at the Aix-en-Provence judicial court.
A postponement of the hearing was requested, and the court set October 26 as the new date.
"We regret this postponement because the lord can continue to operate the park quietly", commented Stéphane Coppey, president of the FNE 13.
A decision he understands, however.
"The president of the court also felt that she was not a specialist in these cases, unlike one of her sisters," he continued.
The park, for its part, did not wish to communicate on this postponement.
