"Winning the future".

This is the theme chosen for this July 14th.

After a year and a half of pandemic, the traditional parade of the National Day must be bearer of hope and turned towards the future.

Thus, the spotlight will be on cutting-edge weaponry, engagement in external areas - with European partners in particular and the

Takuba task force

 - but also of course young people, represented by students from military schools.

To the sound of the Republican Guard fanfares, the tributes will begin at 10 a.m. with the arrival of the President of the Republic.

The parade of 73 air force aircraft will follow, led by the famous Patrouille de France and its blue-white-red explosion above the Champs-Élysées.

For nearly two hours, 4,400 men and women will descend the famous Parisian avenue, overflown closely by helicopters and followed by motorized and mounted troops.

A celebration of magnitude, like what the French have always known, but no question of forgetting the health situation.

The public will be limited, wearing a mask and a health pass compulsory.

For the spectators, it will be necessary to arrive as soon as possible not to miss a crumb.
