July 13, 2021Lando Norris, British Formula 1 driver of McLaren, on Sunday evening was attacked and robbed of the luxury watch at the exit of the Euro2020 final at Wembley, lost by England to Italy. 



British media reports that Norris, 21, was stolen a Richard Mille watch estimated at 40,000 pounds (about 47,000 euros), stolen by two men as he got into a car parked at the London stadium. 



"McLaren Racing can confirm that Lando Norris was involved in an accident after the final Euro 2020 match at Wembley where the watch he was wearing was taken," the team said. "Fortunately Lando was not injured, but he is understandably shaken. As police investigations are ongoing, we cannot comment further." 



Norris, currently fourth in the F1 championship standings, will race over the weekend in the British GP at the Silverstone circuit.
