Yurij Kondratjiev, resident of Nizhny Novgorod, a city in central European Russia, in a vindictive and intolerant condominium to the noises of children, has found an expedient to terrorize not only the neighbors on the upper floor, but the entire building.

The man bought powerful amplifiers and started to play the music of the metalheads of the German Rammstein group at full volume and at the authorized times first.

But man soon moved on to the sounds of nature… the neighing and the horse racing.

The man was inside his apartment, with plugs in his ears. To the policeman of the neighborhood who periodically, at the request of the condominiums, visited the man, trying to bring him to reason, Kondratjiev promptly replied that, being an ecologist, he was enchanted by the sounds of wild nature that he continually wanted to hear. In the end, the exasperated condominiums filed a collective lawsuit against the disturbance of the public peace. And, the first case in the history of post-Communist Russia, the man was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. To the great chagrin of the entire condominium, however, with the conditional suspension of the sentence.
