Local police have announced that they have arrested what appears to be one of the masterminds in the shooting and murder of President Moise in Haiti, a Caribbean island nation.

US media reported that Sanon was a 63-year-old doctor from Haiti living in Florida, South America, who entered Haiti in June for political purposes, local officials said.
