  According to reports, the "Queen Elizabeth" aircraft carrier is currently performing its first "global deployment" mission. The aircraft carrier is equipped with F-35B fighter jets from the Royal Air Force and the US Marine Corps.

The carrier’s frigate group includes the British Navy’s Type 23 frigates "Richmond" and "Kent", Type 45 destroyers "Guardian" and "Diamond", and integrated supply ships "Fort Victoria" and "Spring Tide". USS, the alert-class attack nuclear submarine "Warning", as well as the US Navy’s USS Sullivan destroyer and the Dutch Navy’s USS Evertson frigate.

  According to reports, entering the Red Sea marks the second phase of deployment of the "Queen Elizabeth" aircraft carrier.

On June 22, the aircraft carrier dispatched F-35B fighter jets for the first time to take part in an action against the "Islamic State" extremist armed group. This was also the aircraft carrier's first actual combat.

The destroyer "Guardian" and the "Evertson" frigate went to the Black Sea to participate in the "Sea Breeze" exercise. The two warships were also "harassed" by Russian warships.

  The report mentioned that it was also this week that the second British Queen-class aircraft carrier "Prince of Wales" also visited Gibraltar, the British overseas territory, for logistical supplies.
