The municipality initially said, according to Christer Skogsberg, that it would compensate for the costs, which should have been around SEK 5,000 per day.

Christer Skogsberg then sent a claim for damages to the municipality due to incorrect sales information.

But the municipality has decided not to pay the damages as it believes that it is not possible to prove the water leak.

- The municipality's attitude in the matter is known, as is the other party's, says Tomas Hägg, communications manager in Tierp municipality.

Tomas continues:

- We do not want to comment on disputes that we believe should be resolved at the negotiating table, he says.

The pools are open now, as Rörholmsbadet found a temporary solution.

But they need more maintenance in the future.
