Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung and former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol are arguing every day. This time, former President Yoon Seok-yeol's remarks about contaminated water in Japan were the starting point.

For more details, reporter Baek Woon will tell you.

<Reporter> The

controversial remarks by former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol about contaminated water in Japan came out in Daejeon the day before (6th).

[Yoon Seok-yeol / Former Prosecutor General (the day before): (The discharge of contaminated water in Japan) was not a big problem in the past. It's not a political issue... .]

Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung posted an article on SNS one day after this remark, calling it "the claim of the far-right Japanese forces", but former President Yoon replied that Foreign Minister Kang Kyung-wha made a sovereign decision in October of last year to treat contaminated water in Japan. I replied back that I pointed out what I did.

Nevertheless, it seems difficult to avoid pointing out that the subject was unclear in the first place.

Previously, on the 1st of last month, when Governor Lee announced his candidacy for the presidency, the remarks of the US occupation forces were the exact opposite.

In the Republic of Korea Governor Lee's statement that pro-Japanese forces cooperated with the US occupying forces to maintain the ruling system, former President Yoon strongly criticized the statement, even using the expression "self-distortion of history, absurd remarks". It pointed out the reality that the pro-Japanese remnants were not properly liquidated."

But even in the Democratic Party, there were concerns that politicians should think about the impact of their words.

It is a situation where they are making the front line early under the judgment that each other may become opponents in the finals, but it is analyzed that there is also a strategic choice to solidify the one-on-one composition.
