had chained the dates with robots.

This Monday, our journalist may go eat a pizza prepared by a robot.

Because in the Pazziria, the pizza maker is, you will understand, a robot named Pazzi.

This was designed by Cyril Hamon and Sébastien Roverso, after seven years of research and development and five patents filed.

After a first Pazziria opened in Val-d'Europe, the concept is set up in Paris, near the Pompidou center, at 42, rue Rambuteau.

In this 120 m2 restaurant, everything is automated: from the order to be placed at a terminal (7 to 14 euros for a pizza) or via the Internet to collection in a box for take-out orders.

Meanwhile, Pazzi flattened the pizza dough, garnished and cut it.

The robot is able to prepare a pizza in 45 seconds and cook six at a time.

A work that customers can see and carried out under the patronage of Thierry Graffagnino, triple world champion of pizza, who guided the creators of the droid.
