A special competition was held in Paraguay to break the traditional notions of female beauty.
This is the 10th Miss Fat contest this year.
This competition is said to be designed to promote the need to restore the self-esteem of obese people and to show social respect for them.
This year, about 3,000 people applied for participation, and the winner was Tatiana Aquino, a farmer from the college of art.
Aquino said, "It has improved a lot, but discrimination and prejudice against fat people still exist."
