China News Service, July 4th. According to the official WeChat news of the Social Organization Administration of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, recently, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have thoroughly implemented the Party Central Committee’s decision-making and deployment. The fourth batch of 11 illegal social organization websites and their new media accounts in 2021 was shut down according to law, and related web pages were removed.

Since the special action to further crack down on illegal social organizations on March 20 this year, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, in conjunction with relevant departments, has taken measures against illegal social organizations that have been banned in accordance with the "Network Security Law of the People's Republic of China", "Internet Information Service Management Measures" and other relevant laws and regulations. The website was investigated, and 32 illegal social organization websites that were still in operation and their WeChat, Weibo and other new media accounts were shut down in batches, which further consolidated the results of offline crackdowns and consolidated the closed loop of online and offline governance.

The shutdown involves 11 illegal social organizations that have been banned, including the China Teachers' Continuing Education Association, the Chinese People's Artists Association, the China Wisdom Education Federation, and the China Pet Industry Alliance.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs will continue to maintain a high-pressure strike, strengthen network monitoring and investigation, conduct simultaneous online and offline investigations, and resolutely eradicate the breeding ground for illicit social organizations.

As for the promoters of illegal social organizations that are bad in nature and have not changed after repeated teachings, the industry and information departments will be asked to be included in the blacklist of illegal Internet sites (sponsors) in accordance with the law.

All walks of life are welcome to log on to the China Social Organization Government Service Platform (www.chinanpo.gov.cn), and provide information on the activities of suspected illegal social organizations and clues to the main persons in charge and key personnel through the "Complaints and Reports" column.

Remind the relevant agencies and the public again to check their identities when cooperating with social organizations or participating in their activities.

The registration information of national social organizations can be inquired online through channels such as the China Social Organization Government Service Platform (www.chinanpo.gov.cn), China Social Organization Dynamic Government WeChat (WeChat ID: chinanpogov) and other channels.
