According to him, in the future, it is not planned to build the metro at such a huge pace, there will be a transition to "finer settings", for example, the authorities may point-to-point approach to the extension of existing lines, their connection. 

“We have built 90 stations, we plan about 25-30 in the next four years and literally within two years we will plan new projects, already beyond the first, most powerful stage, in order to start fine tuning,” Bochkarev said.

He stressed that these will not be isolated stations, but not on such a scale.

Earlier, Transmashholding showed the head car of the new Ivolga 3.0 passenger train at the Moscow Urban Forum. The train is designed for use in the overground metro mode.
