The Minister Counselor Chang conveyed the cordial condolences of Ambassador Wang Wentian to the elderly He Qin, and presented flowers, souvenirs and protective masks.
The old man said that everything was normal after the vaccination, thanked the ancestral (home) country for providing a large amount of vaccines to Cambodia, and wished the ancestral (home) country prosperity and long-standing friendship between China and Cambodia.
